For three consecutive years, Mountain Stream Tilapia fillets have won the distinguished "Gold Medal Award for Taste" from the American Tasting Institute. Their judging panel of experts is composed exclusively of degreed and certified chefs, with AOS degrees in Culinary Art and/or have been certified at levels of Certified Culinarian, Certified Executive Chef, Chef Du Cuisine, Certified Culinary Educator and Chef/owner of leading restaurants. The American Tasting Institute judges food and beverage products for both retail and foodservice markets on a range of criteria including appearance, aroma, flavor, freshness, taste, and texture.
