the U.S.
Non-residents not eligible for a Social Security

Business
A business entity functioning in the U.S. is responsible for reporting
to various agencies at the local (county), state, and federal levels.
Examples of these include state sales tax reports, quarterly federal
employment tax reports, and yearly federal income tax returns. Our
office provides comprehensive tax preparation services for small
businesses.
Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act ( FIRPTA )
When a foreign person disposes of a U.S. real property interest,
FIRPTA regulations generally require that 10% of the selling price
be withheld at the source. Buyers purchasing from foreign sellers
must be aware of the regulations as potential liability exists for
buyers who fail to arrange for these funds to be withheld. In order
to comply with these regulations, it is common for a seller to have
the need to apply for an Individual
Tax Identification Number ( ITIN ). Our office can advise
you of this process.
Individual Taxpayer Identification Number ( ITIN )
Our office
can obtain an ITIN by filing the required application and specified
supporting documentation together with the related tax filing.
